The strength of masonry depends on compliance with the rules of technology. Each row of brick is connected to the lower row with a horizontal seam of 12 mm thick, and bricks inside the row with butt seams up to 10 mm thick. Switch dressing protects the masonry from stratification, evenly distributing the load. To give the seams a convex, concave or rectangular shape, extensions are used.
