While in Tashkent, it is worth trying such dishes as Shurpa, Kazon-Kabob, Naryn, Shilpildak, Mashkichiri, Samsa Parudu, Uyghur Lagman, Tashkent pilaf, Wedding pilaf, fried fish fillet in Bukhara.
