We must be initially ready for the fact that funds and building materials are usually consumed more than planned at the very beginning of the repair and was spelled out in the estimate. For starters, it is necessary, to compare the prices of the materials we need in the nearest building materials and in the markets, because this will significantly reduce our already huge expenses. Knowing all prices for the necessary building materials, we make a complete estimate. Yes, the amount is very disappointing, but we already clearly know what we went and for what to prepare for. This «document» will help us clearly decide by the sequence, terms and amounts for each operation.
