Be sure to discuss in advance, or better — draw and write down what you want to see as a result. The argument “I thought everything would be different” does not work if these thoughts were not known to the master in advance. It is necessary to discuss everything, from the direction and pattern of laying tiles, to the color of the grout — to work with dark grouts is more difficult than with white ones, and masters, if you do not discuss this issue in advance, love to use unpainted grouting even on frankly color and, seemingly clearly requiring seams in the tone of coatings. On the other hand, not a single master must be a telepath and guess from the look that you will like it.
