Gypsum cardboard is designed for the installation of load -bearing walls and interior partitions, for facing suspended ceilings and walls, as well as for the manufacture of sound -absorbing and decorative products. With the help of drywall, various niches, windows located in the walls or partitions, slopes on the doors and windows, arches, beautiful multi -level ceilings are made. This material does not need stucco work, and allows you to achieve the maximum smooth surfaces. Before fastening GKL, a metal frame of galvanized profiles and suspensions, or a wooden crate is built. Then the sheets are attached to it with screws. Using such a frame, you can create structures of any shape and complexity. The plasterboard sheet is attached to the bearing surface with gypsum glue, which is a dry mixture.
