A screw foundation has long been known as a strong basis for any home. Usually it is installed in areas with swampy soil or increased groundwater level. It is ideal in conditions of uneven terrain. During the construction of a screw foundation, piles are screwed into the ground, wooden or iron beams are attached to them, and a frame or any other house is already installed on them. A small ventilated space remains between the foundation and the Earth. Speaking support is suitable for small individual buildings.
