How domestic furniture design develops: modern trends

We can currently observe the increasing demand for domestic furniture. According to the parameters, our furniture has long ceased to yield to imported and every year there are more and more new products on the market that go on the same level with the best samples of imported production. This trend can be easily traced in segments of kitchen furniture, living rooms and bedroom furniture, as well as bathroom furniture. Unfortunately, there are really not many furniture with an interesting design, in most models the design is repeated. But currently furniture factories are trying to change this situation. And we can say with confidence that they do well. This can be seen with examples of furniture for children’s rooms, which sometimes embody the most daring ideas that have a functional and decorative component. Such furniture is in high demand, which of course is reflected in the profit of enterprises. Judging by last year, we can say with confidence that domestic furniture has become a little more popular. This trend arose due to high quality products and democratic prices. This applies to furniture of any price category. Buyers of premium furniture — and business class prefer domestic imported products, because an import analogue will have to be paid much more. Therefore, in 2011, it is expected to increase demand for domestic furniture and judging by the past furniture exhibitions with the participation of Russian manufacturers — everyone can choose something for himself. New concepts developed by designers have already entered into sale and are actively sold out.
