How the construction industry is developing in Moscow

We all know that in 2010 there was a sharp decrease in the rate of construction, caused mainly by a drop in demand. The picture has not changed in 2011. A decrease in purchasing power did not entail a decrease in the cost of housing, the results of the year showed that housing prices in 2011 exceeded the level of 2010. At the same time, experts carefully refer to the changeable state of the world economy. However, there are positive trends, they are associated with plans to expand the boundaries of Moscow. Of course, this decision of the President of the Russian Federation did not leave indifferent either those developers whose projects are already embodied in new territories, and those who are only planning to start building. Of course, the fact that housing, which was planned to be built outside the city, was within its limits, influenced the cost of a square meter. Some, trying to justify the increase in value, include Moscow residence. And none of them are embarrassed that the newcomers will have to live in conditions of miserable infrastructure — schools, hospitals, public transport routes in sufficient quantities will appear here only many years later. Be that as it may, the metropolitan budget is ready to provide significant funds for the development of «New Moscow». This project has no clear outlines, but the decision itself to increase the capital’s territory is estimated extremely high.
