He assured that the new electronic application will soon be launched throughout Turkey. Now a foreign investor will just need to go to the site and draw up all the necessary documents. Previously, such a procedure took about 10 days, using the introduction of a new system, the process will significantly accelerate. Gunei mentioned that at the moment their organization is waiting for confirmation of the implementation of the project by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Now a foreign citizen will not need to come to the district administration or district administration in order to draw up all the necessary documents to conclude a real estate sale transaction. Soon everything can be done using an automated electronic system. At the moment, the application infrastructure is already ready for use, its coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is expected. After that, the system will begin to function throughout the country.
