Department of Planning and Development of the Territory (DPIR) G. Perm was proposed in a short time to establish a zone of recreational and landscape territories for the landfill (R-2). The main types of permitted use of the territory in the R-2 zone include work on the construction of infrastructure for recreation and work on the organization of green spaces. The rules of land use and development (PPZ) are planned to carry out conditionally permissive types of use: the organization of centers for servicing sanatoriums, tourist bases, recreation homes, sports clubs, houses for the disabled and others.
