Residential real estate can be transferred to children under 14 years of age. This is only permissible if the child lives exclusively himself. In this case, the application to the registration authorities should be submitted by parents or guardians of a minor. If living exclusively persons have the age of 14-18 years, then they can become individual owners with the approval of guardians or parents.
