Usually the longer the sheet, the greater its thickness. In order to mount the partition, use various in design and size metal profiles. From them a frame of the future design is made. The vertical racks of the frame are mounted from rack profiles. The guide for them is the guide profile. The outer angles of drywall partitions are strengthened using an angular profile. There is also an arched profile. With its help, curvilled surfaces are mounted. When installing partitions, a layer of thermal insulation is also made. For these purposes, materials such as mineral wool in the form of plates or polystyrene foam are suitable. Seams and damage in the sheets that can occur during installation are sealed using mounting glue on a gypsum basis, special putty or reinforcing tape. From this material, both stationary and sliding partitions can be arranged. And in them it is also easy to make window and doorways. The surface after installation is perfectly flat, it is already completely ready for applying the finish. For decoration of drywall partitions, almost any materials can be used. You can glue the wallpaper on them, they can be painted, you can also use ceramic tiles or decorative plaster to finish them. You can specifically choose any finish material for your drywall structures. There are no restrictions either to decorate such partitions. True, if a heavy carpet or picture will cling to such a design, then in that place it will be necessary to strengthen it. For this, a metal profile is mounted using special dowels designed for drywall. In structures, you can easily hide various communications, for example, such as wiring. At the same time, the aesthetic view of the wall will not be violated. And if necessary, it can be easily disassembled in order to lay a new line of communications or simply change its shape. This material also gives great opportunities for design. From it you can mount various shelves and niches or other architectural elements. You can also use backlight systems, which have now become very fashionable. This will make the interior even more stylish. And finally, the installation of drywall partitions is much cheaper than from another material, for example brick. And this is an additional saving of investment.
