From 1993 to 1995, Porsche released the 968 model in the track design “ClubSport”. Such machines were distinguished by two centimeters with a sports suspension, special ergonomics of the driver’s seat and reduced weight due to the removal of a part of equipment optional for high -speed driving like rear seats and electric windows. All models of this series had a closed coupe, and only one car was built on the basis of a convertible.
