The procedure for the process is as follows: a citizen who wants to become the owner of his housing must submit an application in writing to the relevant organization and attach all the necessary papers. After that, an agreement must be drawn up, which passes state registration (transfer of ownership of residential real estate). Registration is carried out by the management of the registration service of the federal value. Privatization of residential real estate is free for Russian citizens.
