Review of the market of new buildings of the Eastern region of the Moscow region

Recently, the number of construction of new houses in some cities of the Moscow Region has decreased. To date, the East of the Moscow Region has a leading position on housing proposals in the Moscow region. At the beginning of last year, 15% of all the new houses that were commissioned are in this region, which includes the cities of Reutov, Vostochny, Balashikha, Zheleznodorozhny, Noginsk, Elektrostal, Pavlovsky Posad and Orekhovo-Zuevo. Currently, the total amount of all new buildings in the cities of the East District of the Moscow Region is ninety -five, which is much less than last year’s indicators. This is due to the fact that the number of populated houses is two and a half times higher than the number of new buildings received in the residential real estate market. Developers were handed over for the implementation of only nine new buildings. Leading positions on housing in new buildings are occupied by the city of Zheleznodorozhny and Balashikha. More than 50% of all offered housing in the east of the region is concentrated here, since the number of housing proposals has almost not changed here in recent years, which cannot be said about other cities of the Moscow region. Only in the city of railway proposals of residential real estate were reduced by only 12%.
