Soft roof: varieties and advantages of materials

Quite often now use soft roof for overlapping roofs. This roofing material is a sandwich with vapor barrier below, thermal insulation in the middle and on top — waterproofing on a bitumen basis. Using this roofing material can save money. But this design and quickly wear out. For the waterproofing layer, soft eco -building materials, mastic, bitumen and polymer are used. But they all have one common feature: when laying them, they form a layer that, with any tilt of the roof, provides excellent waterproofing. It is worth noting that this process does not require laborious preparatory processes and laying. And the preparatory work itself is reduced to the study of roofing material for cracks and other flaws.
