Bearing ceilings allow you to fix all the irregularities of the supporting ceiling, hide communication wires, as well as improve sound — and thermal insulation. However, you should know that the bearing ceiling will reduce the height of the room by 5-10 cm, and if moisture enters (for example, in the case of an accident in the apartment on top), a plasterboard ceiling or, at least, its part will have to be replaced.
