All three methods find their application in the installation for the cultivation of Omega single-crystals produced by Sinus Engineering. The growth of the ingot is automated, and growth control is carried out using software. The growth control function is assigned to the industrial PC, and the protection function performs thermal relay overloads with manual or automatic discharge.
