What are bituminous organic materials: distinguishing features

In the construction sector, organic materials of the astringent are often used, among which bitumen.

There are bitumen of several types, namely oil and natural. These are high molecular weight complex mixtures of carbohydrates. Non -metallic derivatives are often found, that is, the combination of hydrocarbons with nitrogen, gray and oxygen. These types of bitumen are well soluble in serum -aggey, benzene and chloroform, as well as other solvents of organic origin.
