What are the methods for leveling the walls: tips
Even now, when construction technologies are especially modern, the walls in the dwellings still have significant bumps. They can be found, among other things, on those surfaces that are present in recently erected apartment buildings. Concrete can have waves, hollows, potholes and the like. Before performing finishing work, it is necessary to carry out work to equalize the surface. You can use various methods by which it is possible to achieve a smooth foundation. It all depends on which material it is decided to apply in the process of alignment. The highest quality effect is achieved if the owner decides to use the cement-sand mixture. It leads to a truly qualitative disposal of height drops. But working with her is not too simple. To level the surface with a similar method, a concrete solution itself is applied to it. It will be possible to get a flat base only on condition that the lightks are preliminarily exhibited on the surface for orientation. This method is generally associated with a large amount of labor costs. In the event that the owner does not want to spend too much time and effort to achieve a good effect, he can use ordinary drywall panels as aligning material. There are two options for handling them. One of them is used when the irregularities are not too large. The height drop of 2-3 centimeters per square meter can be compensated by the usual gluing of the drywall leaf on the wall surface. But, of course, with significant differences, this method is not suitable, since drywall will not be able to gain a bit freeze on the basis that must be given smoothness. A more successful effect will be achieved when fixing drywall on the guide profile. They are placed with a small interval from the wall, which allows you to lay it under gypsum plasterboard heat panels — or soundproofing material. The disadvantage of this method can be considered that as a result, the area of the room is slightly reduced. As a result of any amount of alignment, it is possible to achieve a flat surface, which can then be subjected to a variety of methods of finishing. It is not necessary to lose sight of the moment, since otherwise the qualitative result of the work cannot be achieved.
