The high quality of the filling of monolithic structures is largely ensured by the use of specialized equipment, which can conditionally be divided into production and construction. The formwork refers to construction equipment for the volumetric formation of foundations, walls, ceilings, columns as fragments of a single frame of the building. Production equipment can include stations for kneading the concrete mixture, concrete pumps, vibration stations, deep vibrators, vibrations for compaction of concrete for uniform filling without voids. The concreting process occurs after the installation of reinforcing frames and spatial and flat grids from steel reinforcement. The formwork surfaces are lubricated for subsequent coverage with special liquids that do not change the color of concrete. The type of concrete frame determines the choice of type of formwork. The formwork can be universal or with narrowly special use for the device of vertical enclosing structures, horizontal or inclined ceilings, staircases and shafts for elevators. For curved surfaces of the arches and domes, pneumatic formwork of synthetic fabrics is used.
