Brick walls sweat, in

Often in winter or late autumn on the walls of different houses, you can observe how brick walls sweat, in which a chimney is laid inside. This effect can be caused by the fact that a constantly melting furnace, usually located in the lower part of the house, has an adverse effect on the chimney, which is located in an unheated room. Condensate begins to appear not only outside, but also inside the pipe, which then leads to the appearance of an unpleasant tar smell.
