Japanese style windows

Not many know that the windows, in our traditional sense, were not in Japan. Light into the premises penetrated through the so -called «Sedzi». These are such walls-arthrons that were made from translucent white paper. It is not entirely clear to us Europeans, because we just love to hang some curtain on the window. Without it, there is no completeness in the interior, and in the apartment — comfort. The absence of curtains psychologically gives a feeling of incompleteness.
