Why is it important to carefully plan the construction

Construction, especially private, is always carefully planned. The foremen, in advance, draw up a schedule of work, where the norms for every day are clearly defined, thunder and lightning are waiting for those who retreat from it. But, there are days when most of the team cannot cope with its duties, tearing all plans, and holidays with the accompanying libations have nothing to do with it.
