Gypsum -fiber sheets (GVL) — sheets in size of 1.2 × 2.5 meters, 8, 10, 12 mm thick, used in the same cases as drywall. The core of such sheets uses a large amount of loose cellulose extracted from waste paper, which distinguishes them from ordinary drywall. Gypsum fiber sheets have greater insulation and lower weight. The frame created from cellulose fibers, during transportation and installation, has a lesser risk to paint. Gypsum fiber sheets are divided into three types: ordinary (GVL), moisture -resistant (GVVV) and refractory (GVLO).
