Is it possible to open the SRO yourself: what to take into account

It is convenient when construction organizations that carry out a different area of ​​activity are combined into one, and the SRO (self -regulatory organization of builders) includes both designers and individual entrepreneurs of various construction profiles and scientists, that is, it performs all their tasks autonomously and does not depend on all their tasks and does not depend From third -party specialists. To create a self -regulatory organization of builders, a large number of enterprises and individual entrepreneurs (at least100) are necessary, it is possible to join its ranks with the right to engage in one or another type of construction work. Foreign citizens are also not excluded from among the applicants to become members of this united organization. This does not mean that it is enough to present a document on the right to carry out construction work and the person who provided them immediately automatically becomes a member of the SRO of Builders.
